Description: Store Team members would be responsible for educating and presenting our customers with the products we carry. Credo carries over 100 brands and is the most comprehensive and selectively curated destination in the category. Through one-on-one service- consultations, mini facial services, makeup education and application, organic brow and lip waxing, as well as make-overs we work closely with all our customers to ensure their satisfaction.

We would work together as a close knit team in a beautiful boutique store environment. Our stores are in neighborhood locations that attract clientele that are well educated, charismatic and conscientious. Marketing Associate – Graphic Design & Creative

San Francisco


Position Summary:
The Associate, will work with our e-commerce, marketing and social media teams to create beautiful on-brand visual content across all online and offline platforms, including website content, email marketing, digital ad campaigns, social media campaigns and more.

Responsibilities include:
* Conceptualize, design and produce creative content for our digital channels, including homepages, landing pages, product pages, emails, social media channels and digital ad campaigns. Some occasional print design work may be involved, but the large majority will be digital.
* Maintain a cohesive brand experience: create and manage a digital style guide to ensure brand consistency across on and offline channels.
* Keep things fresh: regularly update design elements across all digital channels to reflect the current brand campaign and themes.
* Optimize the shopping experience: constantly be thinking about ways to improve the shopping experience through enhanced visual communication.
* Provide creative direction on brand and product photography. Create photos, edit them for Credo, and come up with new concepts to make the beauty products shine.
* Organize and manage our digital creative asset library: be the point person for digital creative asset requests from press/PR, marketing, retail and sales.
* Stay current on industry trends and best practices: leverage the industry and competitive set to seek out new and relevant ways to communicate the Credo message thru graphic design.

Requirements
This role requires:
  • A strong digital design portfolio that shows off both your conceptual skills and your knowledge of UI/UX design principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design or related field
  • 2-4 years experience in digital design, preferably with a fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand
  • Strong skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience designing for a responsive website (mobile, tablet, desktop)
  • UI/UX and wireframing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Shopify, HTML5 and CSS is a plus

    Lipstick Angels Volunteers: Estheticians & Makeup Artists

    New York City

    Becoming a Lipstick Angel is a rewarding experience, which will enable you to contribute your skills and expertise to making a difference in people’s lives. The Lipstick Angels volunteers are the backbone of the organization, and without their support and commitment, we would not be able to provide services to seriously ill patients and other individuals. Due to the nature of our volunteer work with a diverse population of hospital patients, seniors and other individuals, ​the following is required:

    Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older. ​
  • Have experience as a professional makeup artist and/or esthetician license. ​
  • Commit to volunteering for at least 6 months. Hospital volunteers must volunteer at least twice a month. ​
  • Hospital volunteers are required to complete Lipstick Angels’ training, in addition to completing a separate hospital application process and attend a mandatory five-hour general orientation. ​
  • Hospital volunteers must complete necessary health requirements. Including a tuberculosis screening and flu shot on an annual basis to maintain an active status ​
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with, and take direction from, a multi-disciplinary team. ​
  • Demonstrate a warm and empathetic personality. ​
  • Possess strong communication skills. ​
  • Be willing and able to relate to a diverse patient population without bias as to race, color, religion, sexual orientation and/or social status. ​
  • Must be able to listen sympathetically and refrain from giving medical advice or making comments about the delivery of medical care.​
