Marketing Manager (retail)

Credo is looking for a full-time driven, creative, and strategic, clean beauty obsessed marketer to join our team. Primary responsibilities include building the retail marketing strategy, driving local partnership activations, developing local influencer strategy, and managing retail and event programs. We’re looking for someone who is both a self-starter and a team player, who is an excellent project manager, and who can work cross-functionally with the larger Marketing Team, PR, Ecom, Creative, and Store Operations to develop and deliver strategies for all retail locations. Accounting Manager 

The Accounting Manager is responsible for key functions within the Accounting/Finance Department, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger Maintenance, and Inventory Reconciliation. Store Team members would be responsible for educating, teaching and showing our customers about the products we carry. With over 100 different brands we have so much to offer our guests. Through one-on-one personal attention, “clean swap” consultations, mini facial services, organic brow and lip waxing, makeup education, as well as makeup appointments we work closely with all customers to ensure their satisfaction. Our Chicago, LA, and San Francisco stores have a Tata Harper Spa room to be able to provide beautiful, custom Tata Harper facial and body treatments.

Team members will be set up for success through our Clean Beauty training that provides detailed information on all brands and their platform in the industry. We continuously increase our education through store events with the founders themselves, new product launches as well as additional training classes.

We would work cohesively in a retail setting with a beautiful backdrop that offers creativity and inspiration. A beautiful storefront and store design will allow our customer an amazing shopping experience and store members a beautiful place to work.

Lipstick Angels Volunteers: Estheticians & Makeup Artists

San Francisco & New York City

Becoming a Lipstick Angel is a rewarding experience, which will enable you to contribute your skills and expertise to making a difference in people’s lives. The Lipstick Angels volunteers are the backbone of the organization, and without their support and commitment, we would not be able to provide services to seriously ill patients and other individuals. Due to the nature of our volunteer work with a diverse population of hospital patients, seniors and other individuals, ​the following is required:


  • Must be 18 years of age or older. ​
  • Have experience as a professional makeup artist and/or esthetician license. ​
  • Commit to volunteering for at least 6 months. Hospital volunteers must volunteer at least twice a month. ​
  • Hospital volunteers are required to complete Lipstick Angels’ training, in addition to completing a separate hospital application process and attend a mandatory five-hour general orientation. ​
  • Hospital volunteers must complete necessary health requirements. Including a tuberculosis screening and flu shot on an annual basis to maintain an active status ​
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with, and take direction from, a multi-disciplinary team. ​
  • Demonstrate a warm and empathetic personality. ​
  • Possess strong communication skills. ​
  • Be willing and able to relate to a diverse patient population without bias as to race, color, religion, sexual orientation and/or social status. ​
  • Must be able to listen sympathetically and refrain from giving medical advice or making comments about the delivery of medical care.​
