Why We Love It: goop "The Martini" Emotional Detox Bath Soak takes the edge off during turbulent times (or after a crazy day) and centers the body and spirit. It helps to relax the neck and shoulders, where stress tends to build up.
goop believes very seriously in the transformative power of a hot bath—on a physical, mental, and even spiritual level. Incorporating principles of Chinese medicine, herbalism, and aromatherapy, they developed each of their bath soaks with a magical blend of salts + botanicals + essential oils. As Gwyneth Paltrow explains, “Each soak is extraordinary in its own right. They sourced the most powerful active ingredients they could find, from mineral-rich salts to miracle-working botanicals. They’re seriously life-changing.”
What's Inside:
The Salts & Minerals: Pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salts, Himalayan pink salt
The Botanicals: Chia seed oil, passion flower, valerian root
The Essential Oils: Wildcrafted frankincense, myrrh, Australian sandalwood, nagarmotha, vetiver
Add 1 cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Meditate, chant, read, listen to music—any soothing activity will do. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse and towel dry. Wrap yourself in a towel or robe and…feel better.
Caution: Hot or warm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions, except on the advice of a physician (including pregnant or breastfeeding women). Keep out of reach of children.

What's Behind "Fragrance"?
US law does not require that companies be transparent about the ingredients in fragrance/parfum. Credo believes in your right-to-know. We require all brands to categorize the fragrance in each product (see chart above), and encourage brands to fully disclose all scent ingredients.

All products are cruelty-free and formulated without ingredients on The Dirty List™️. At Credo, "clean" goes even deeper. Learn more.
