MOB is on a mission to make beauty better, push boundaries and help define new standards of performance and sustainability in the industry. They have deep roots in research and development and their own labs where they create all MOB formulas, and high performance, cruelty free, and vegan are product requirements. Spending as much time on sustainability efforts as they do on product, they designed refillable, recyclable packaging using 50 - 100% post - consumer recycled materials and launched a biodegradable packaging system in July, 2023.
