We love the products we offer. But, if something just isn’t for you, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange it. If you purchased in the store, we ask only that the products be returned in an unused and sell-able condition, otherwise store credit will be issued. Purchases made in cash at our retail location will be refunded in the form of a gift card. If you purchased online, we can not exchange any products. However, we will refund online purchases as long as the item is not substantially used and must be returned to Credo within 30 days of receipt. Please complete the Return Order form and send the item back to the address listed on the form. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any returns to be processed. Promotional or substantially used items are unable to be refunded or exchanged. Purchases made in cash at our retail locations will be refunded in the form of a gift card. We do not credit or refund charges for shipping or handling.

Know that we’re unable to accept returns for orders that are damaged or missing in transit. If we do receive a damaged item we’ll be in touch.
