We love the products we offer, but, if something just isn’t for you, we have a return policy that is easy for our customers.
Online Purchases: You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item for a refund on your credit card. We are not able to provide exchanges for online purchases and we can not refund any item that has been substantially used. We cannot accept returns on promotional items. Please email email@example.com to receive your Return Order Form. Shipping charges for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we can not accept any online returns in our retail locations.
In-Store Purchases: If you purchased in the store, we ask only that the products be returned in an unused, sell-able condition and please have your sales receipt in hand otherwise store credit will be issued. Purchases made in cash at our retail locations will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
