This protective day oil provides moisturizing balance with EFA (essential fatty acid) oils, which are crucial to maintaining healthy skin. Also formulated with eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), a type of omega-3 from algae, that may help reduce signs of aging by blocking UV-induced enzymes that destroy collagen.

Spectra tests show high levels of UV protection in the long wavelength, UVA range, probably due to its high carotenoid content.

Usage

Shake well. Dispense approximately 1/2 dropper and warm between palms. Smooth over face/neck/chest, avoiding eye contour area. We recommend wearing our Everyday Coverage Tinted Sunscreen SPF30 as your final daytime step, rain or shine.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult physician. Keep in a cool, dry place, out of direct light. Use within 6 months of opening.

The Pure and EO Free Oil Cleanser is the absolute best first cleanse on the planet, no exaggeration, and the Multi Retinol Night Emulsion was the first retinol that my skin could tolerate (and it's powerful stuff, just formulated brilliantly). Over the past two years or so, I have gotten into oils after years of my skin reacting badly to them, so I've added the Protective Day Oil into the mix. It's such a beautiful daily burst of hydration and added protection.
