You will still be able to shop your favorite brands and more at the location on Charles Street. 

Yes! The Follain Collection is now available at Credo and will continue being available at the current retailers. 

Yes, all of the Clean Points in Follain accounts will transfer to your new Credo Account. Credo’s reward program is slightly different, so please reach out to Credo Customer Service (arealperson@credobeauty.com) with any specific questions about your points. 

Yes, any purchases made 60 days from 10/17/22 will be eligible for in store credit.

Follain customers can opt in through the email newsletter that is sent to them announcing the acquisition.

Yes! Any existing Gift Cards purchased with Follain will be honored at any Credo Store and online. 

For now, we will continue to sell brands/products that align with both Credo and Follain’s brand standards.

Yes! Credo is a co-founding member of Pact and has hard-to-recycle collection bins in all locations. You will receive 10 Rewards points per empty (up to 12 empties per visit). You can read more here.
