Such a drag...

"The first bullet I ordered was so dry that it had broken off in the case - Credo was quick to send a new one so I really appreciated the customer service there! But the second bullet, while intact, was still so dry that it drags painfully over my lips. I'm used to formulas (KW, for example) that need to warm up but this one doesn't warm. That said, the color is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. While it does mess up longevity and the matte effect, I do wear it with lip balm underneath. Sigh."

Arrived broken

"Crazy about this beautiful color. I was disappointed that product was broken and cracked inside the tube. I tried to reshape it and press it back into the applicator for use. Hopefully, my efforts will prove successful. Application was very thick on my lips- not sure if this is the norm or a result of my manhandling to get it out of the tube."
