What is an undertone?

An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.

Usage

Using a brow brush, apply powder by following the shape of the eyebrow starting with arch and working outward for fullness and definition. Use a spoolie to soften and blend. Repeat to darken or mix with water to define brow and fill missing hair.

"This is a great eyebrow powder, it is the perfect color for my eyebrows. I apply it with the RMS eyebrow brush which just puts the colors in the right place and nit over or under my eyebrows. I use the medium brown and I have my eyebrows tattooed and it covers it really well. Thepowder is soft but it is a great consistency."

"Powder is easy to work with and has little fallout. The color is dense and covers very well with little product. The detracted stars are for the color. There is far too little variance. I got this color, as the next lighter one is an auburn. My brows are a brunette, but not dark, so the auburn was too brown and this was too dark. The lighter one below the auburn was a blonde and wouldn't have shown up in my dark hair."
