Baume 27 Advanced is the brand's icon — a rich, cocooning cream made in France with 92% naturally derived ingredients and 30% active ingredients. Its bio-mimetic texture melts into the skin and feels deeply nourishing, ideal for dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin and for colder seasons. At its heart is the exclusive CICA-MA2® complex — three purified actives from centella asiatica — supported by amino acids that help stimulate collagen production to firm and visibly smooth fine lines; hibiscus seed peptides for a more even, radiant-looking complexion; white birch bark to soothe redness and calm sensitive skin; prebiotics that help support a balanced skin microbiome and reinforce the skin barrier; and betaine, a moisturizing antioxidant active that helps keep skin hydrated and balanced. With regular use, skin looks visibly firmer, smoother and more even, fine lines and wrinkles appear softened, and the complexion regains a healthy, rested-looking glow. The texture has a soft, enveloping feel with a delicate natural woody scent, and works morning and/or evening on cleansed skin.

What is an undertone?
An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:
Pink/Cool
I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.
Neutral
I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.
Yellow/Warm
I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Usage
- Recommended for dry, dehydrated and sensitive or reactive skin.
- Rich day wear cream, but also a power charged night regenerating treatment.
- Use and apply according to skin need and habit.
- A unique texture that goes on rich yet penetrates the skin quickly.
- On a clean, dry skin, apply a hazelnut-size amount to face, neck, and décolleté, morning and / or evening on cleansed skin.
- Avoid the eye area.
Pro-tip
- Do not apply after an oily or silicone base (toner, serum or other) non natural product as it may pill. The formula is meant to penetrate the skin.
- Let the product penetrate before applying a foundation.
- Founder, Michèle Evrard's tip: Blend a few drops of your foundation with Baume 27 before application, it will limit the quantity of foundation used and leave a more natural glow.
- In winter or on very dry, dull skin, blend a dab of Baume 27 Advanced rich cream with 2 drops of Huile 27 in your palm for a richer, more comforting feel.
- For an extra boost of hydration, blend it with a full dropper of Essence 27.
