Usage
On freshly oiled or moisturised skin, press the straight edge of the Body Gua Sha against the skin and make sweeping strokes, always moving upward from your ankles towards the heart.

Frequency: Can be used daily. For optimal and consistent results, use at least 2–3 times a week.
