What is an undertone?

An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

After cleansing, spritz all over your face and neck while keeping your eyes closed. Use as a refreshing mist to help rehydrate skin throughout the day.  For best results, follow with Follain Serum and Moisturizer.

"I was looking for a more moisturizing face spray to use throughout the day or before bed. Has an acne medicine smell that is off-putting to me and is more of a toner. It feels like it cleans your face because it kind of burns. Not a bad product, just not what I was looking for."

Amazing toner

"This was my first time trying this brand and trying a spray toner. I love how it feels on your skin! The spray gives a cool refreshing feel and has little to no smell. It’s a very clean feel and I have been using this product daily since receiving it. I feel it made my skin feel more vibrant and just cleaner. I added it into my skin care routine and will continue to use it. It’s a nice size quantity and you just need a few sprays to cover your whole face and it dries pretty quick. It does leave any residue or sticky feeling on your face. I also like how easy and quick it is to use. Really good for those who don’t have or want to spend a lot of time, just a few sprays and done. Holy Grail

"I been using this product for a few days now and I really love it! I have dry skin so this makes my skin feel so nice & dewy. What I noticed is that when you spray it before and after your skincare, the glow last 10x’s more! I’m so glad I found this brand! This is definitely going to be my go to for the winter season. Hydrating!

"This is the first time I've used a toning mist, and my first Follain product. Let's just say. . . I am hooked! I love the natural ingredients, and the instant hydration i felt when I sprayed it on my face. Not to mention the convenience of the spray. This has such a pretty aroma when sprayed, not perfume or medicinal, but more of an aloe scent, that's because there is aloe in it, which is so beneficial for your skin, and one of my favorite ingredients of skincare. I feel so hydrated after spraying in my morning routine, I sometimes skip my moisturizer, and go right to my sunblock. This is a product that can also be used throughout the day as I did. A quick spritz to add a little moisture, and a added benefit, it made my make up last longer too."

Good Product

"Follain's hydrating toning mist in my opinion is a good basic hydrating toner. I've used it daily as my first step in my daytime and nighttime skin care, except on the nights I use retinal. During the day I spritz my face, then use a HA serum and moisturizer. I follow the same process at night except I use an Argerline + HA serum after I use the toning mist. I have noticed more hydrated and supple skin while using this toner. It also provides lasting hydration throughout the entire day. I have normal/dry skin and truly appreciate the amount of hydration this toner provides. The scent is light and pleasant, but the one request I would have is that Follain consider making this a fine mist toner. It feels like big spalshes of water vs a mist. ."
