I have had $8 balms perform better. The packaging is gorgeous, again, really wanted to love this. The reviews are very good which is what led me to purchase this."

"I really like this formula. It’s hydrating without being sticky or viscous. Keep in mind that because the color is so sheer, the color of your lips and lip pencil will impact it greatly. For instance, I first tried it with the WA lip pencil in “Petal”, and this shade looked brown. Then I used it with a pinker lip pencil, and it looks much better on me!"
