Jojoba Wax Beads: Naturally biodegradable, this gentle manual exfoliant polishes the skin to instantly remove dead skin cells.
Lactic Acid: As both a chemical exfoliant and a humectant, lactic acid is able to gently remove dead skin cells while hydrating the skin.
White Willow Bark: A natural form of BHA, white willow bark helps exfoliate.

What is an undertone?
An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:
Pink/Cool
I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.
Neutral
I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.
Yellow/Warm
I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Usage
Massage 2 pumps of Illuminating Exfoliant onto damp skin for 20 seconds before rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Use 2-3 times a week in the evening.
Pro-tip
Emma's Tip: To supercharge your exfoliation, you can use your Illuminating Exfoliant as a mask. Apply it to dry skin and leave it on for 5-10 minutes to allow the AHAs and BHAs to deeply exfoliate. I then add a little water and massage the formulation into my face and neck for 1 minute before rinsing.
