Apply to bare brows or after filling in sparse areas with In Full Micro-Tip Brow Pencil (sold separately).

I don’t see the point

"Ilia used to make a brow gel that had color. I loved it. It went beautifully to add on to my Ilia brow pencil when I wanted a brighter look while going out at night. I saw that they stopped producing the colors and decided to try the clear one, since I loved the previous ones so much. However, the clear literally does nothing. I don’t understand the point of spending money and adding chemicals to my face when there is no change while comparing the two eyebrows. Yes, I watched the tutorials. Perhaps if one has big bushy eyebrows, it keeps them in place? My eyebrows are average and this gel did nothing to accentuate them. Waste of money. Hope Ilia does bring back the brow gels with color."
