What is an undertone?

An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.

Glide onto lips. Wear alone or over any RMS Beauty lip product for a natural gloss finish. Use the RMS custom key (sold separately, also can be used for Eyelights) when you are a quarter of the way through to squeeze out every last bit and prepare tube for recycling

"This gloss feels nice going on my lips, but I find that it doesn’t last very long. It’s also hard to judge how much you need so I often feel like I’m wasting quite a bit when I squeeze it out. Then when I put the cover on, there’s inevitably a little bit still coming out because of just how it’s designed, and that gets wasted in the cap. I will use it, but I’m not sure that I will repurchase it."

"I got the chameleon ph color changing lipy and LOOOVE it. I literally Use the teeniest tiniest amount; tiny dab and it stains my lips so well that it lasts ALL day with that one tiny application It’s crazy. It will probably last me 5 years lol and it’s SO creamy and hydrating. Good job"

"It’s an okay product. Old school packaging is cute. Color pay off is very low. The two different shades look the same on a natural lip. No color distinction. The red and dark shade used in ads are the two most saturated colors in the collection. Sorry, I wanted to love the RMS story, but this is a no for me."

"I'm loving the liplights. It's lightweight but a little more coverage than a balm. My coloring is best with the darker shades. Bisou was a disappointment because really has no color. Same with Bare. Chameleon is too much of a bubble gum pink color and Babette would be great in a blue red instead of such a bold orange red"

"Love the color, moisturization, and shine, but I do not enjoy applying with my fingers, and the cap is small to deal with repeatedly during the day. I’ve tried applying directly from the tube onto my lips, but it’s messy. So this stays in my bathroom. If this had an applicator to allow for hands-free, I’d love it and would repurchase."

Love Liplights!

"At first I wasn’t going to try this because gloss to me is sticky, shiny and goopy. These are amazing! I’ve loved every color I’ve tried so far. Lighter weight than lipstick and you don’t have to reapply every 10 min like with gloss. One of my favorite products. The brown one is definitely very brown so I layer with other pink or red lipsticks or lip liners. Chameleon is turning out to be a fave though I was dubious-easiest one to put on blind and the color is a beautiful pink"

"I like that this glass is not overly sticky or shiny. I purchased the chameleon shade and find it interesting that it goes quite pink on my lips. A little goes a long way which is good because the tube is small and it’s hard to get out. Maybe that’s due to the thickness of the gloss. If I repurchase it will be to try a different shade."

"After applying the fantastic RMS lipliner pencil. Which I never used before starting to use RMS pencils, I apply the lip gloss. At first I found it funny squeezing it from a tube, but it was so worth it! It applies so creamy. It lasts forever on your lips. The gloss keeps your lips so moist. I recommend these lip glosses to everyone!"

"I am enjoying the lip product but do not care for the delivery system of the tube. I think it would be better in a jar for better control of how much product you want to pick up with a lip brush. The product itself is like a lip balm/gloss hybrid. Feels very good on my lips with a decent color coverage… not too sheer like so many glosses."
