An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

"actually my top 3 favorite mascara's of all time. the wand is INCREDIBLE. the way the silicone seperates the lashes naturally and gives them such a seamless and light coat while still looking long and thick is perfection. i love a more "natural" mascara look as opposed to it looking like ive coated my eyes in paint and this truly does the trick so flawlessly. it's my 4th tube of the travel size one since i just keep adding it to my travel bag but reaching for it for every day use lol"

Best Brown Mascara

"I have tried a few brown mascaras and the color on this one is amazing. It's not too dark or light, has no weird red hue. The bendy mascara wand fits around my lash line really comfortably and it's not too runny/dry. I find with other mascaras fresh out of the box, they are so runny that I have to wait a few weeks before I get the consistency that I prefer. I easily used this right from opening. By the end of the day, I have no dry flakes under my eye and easily washes away with an oil cleanser. Really thankful I listened to the recommendation given to me by a Credo employee. Will be my go to!"
