"If I don’t press hard, no pigment transfers. But pressing hard means it drags across the eyelid and scratches it. Also causes the eyeliner to break. I almost feel like I need to melt down the eyeliner a bit to get it soft enough to apply easily. The way it is right now is unusable, given I need to be able to apply it in under 1 minute, not 5. Have used many other eyeliner products in the past with no problems."

I love the fact that it is a clean product and a supposed best seller; however, the product is way too firm and difficult to impart any color on the eyelid. Very long lasting, but dry and stiff to apply

"I think this would work well for people who want a defined tightline, but it is not a good option for a softer, more natural look. The formula is very stiff and does not apply smoothly (it helps to warm it on your hand) and once applied, it can't really be smudged at all. So I don't think it even works well for a wing, as the application drags and doesn't go on sharp or smooth. On the plus side, it is very long lasting."
