Love the formula, but applicator broke off inside

"I used mine for about a week which I loved, but the applicator somehow snapped off inside of the glass tube and now I’m unable to get it out. Absolutely loved it while I was able to use it. I feel like the actual wand could be a little sturdier to prevent this from happening. Will purchase again when funds allow. You won’t be disappointed with this product because it’s super moisturizing and luxe on the lips!"

The applicator for our Pure Radiance Overnight Lip Treatment is crafted from AS, a durable thermoplastic polymer (a copolymer of acrylonitrile and styrene). While it’s not recyclable through traditional curbside programs, you can give it a second life by returning it to a PACT Collective packaging return bin. We’re always exploring more sustainable options and deeply appreciate your commitment to reducing waste. 💚
