Don’t waste your money

"Smooth, long lasting formula with HORRIBLE packaging. Waste of money. I tried contacting customer service and got an AI response that was clear they didn’t read/couldn’t understand the picture I sent. I use the tiniest pressure. I ear the nozzle each time. I dispense the product to the back of my hand. Every single time I get at least 12-15 days worth of product that has to be wiped off and thrown away instead of the tiny dot I’m trying to get. I’m not a newbie to cream shadows in a tube. This is the worst packaging for this product currently on the market and a customer service department that does not actually read the comments a customer sends in."

I love my Lip 2

"I love my Lip 2 Cheek in Crystal Slipper, it is the perfect amount of color when you apply it on your lips, lids and cheeks, beautiful bronze glow too. I am very happy with the RMS line of cosmetics all top quality and affordable too. Love the natural look they give me and at 68 years old these products help me take years off my look, thanks for such quality!"

Will not buy again - better for less out there in other products

"This product burned slightly after applying and did not provide the color nor the all day coverage it was supposed to. I have better color and staying power with E. L. F. 's eye primer and eyeshadow palettes. So this was disappointment. I also initiated the return process two weeks ago and have not heard back from customer service."

Longest lasting eyeshadow ever

"I love this product and have three colors so far. It stays on all day and does not crease. I love the shimmer. You need only one small dot of product and must work quickly. I find using a brush helps me get more consistent coverage. I am enjoying using just one color - it easy and fast. Be sure to put a little luminizer under your brow."

"OMG…! I Love the eyelights! I have three, including Halo, part of the Wine Edit (which I highly recommend!). I will say, it is a bit tricky for me to apply, but I think I just need a little extra practice. The extra minute or so is so worth it, the colors are so rich, and the luminescent finish make your eyes just pop!"

Good Product, Bad Packaging

"I really like the product itself, but the packaging has some issues. With three of the four eyelights that I have, the product continuously squeezes out of the tube regardless of whether pressure is applied, which wastes a ton of product and creates a huge mess. I avoid using them because I'm afraid to open them. I understand the attempt at more sustainable packaging, but I feel like the sustainability is defeated when most of the product becomes wasted."

Crystal Slipper: a no-impact shade

"I really wanted to love this Luminizer in Crystal Slipper but it just doesn’t do much luminizing. I have the Living Luminizer shade as well and it gives such an impactful glow in comparison. This Crystal Slipper shade does nothing really. I gave two stars because I like the skin feel but other than that it really does not do anything for me. It is only one of maybe three products out of the probably two dozen RMS products that were not worth buying."

"My absolute favorite lip product ever. This lip oil is everything I want in a lip product. Perfect on its own or over lipstick. Its not sticky or too glossy, the applicator feels amazing to put on and the color is stunning. I got the color mila and haven't left my house without it."
