Minori was built around a simple idea: to be the makeup brand for people who don't wear makeup. Having tested more than four thousand beauty products prior to launching Minori, its founder set out to simplify an overwhelming category. The result is three universal shades, Cozy, Blossom, and Juneberry, designed to work across every skin tone and, most importantly, to look natural.

The formula is purposefully sheer, delivering a gentle wash of color for an effortless, natural look. It feels like a lightweight lip oil and is never sticky.

Fine shimmer is woven into the formula to catch light without looking heavy or metallic once applied, adding the appearance of fullness rather than opacity.

What is an undertone?

An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Holy grail status

"I wanted to give an updated review. Since I discovered this lipgloss I have FINISHED at least 6 tubes. I always keep one in my work/travel bag, one on my desk, one on my person (coat/purse), and one in my car. The one in the car is where the ones on their last legs go, because I remove the swiper, and scrape the sides for every last bit of this extremely hydrating and non-sticky gloss. Is it the only product I use? No! I have a ridiculously large collection of lip products that I actually use, and often have 2-3 with me at any given time but one of those is ALWAYS Minori. These are the only lip products I consistently and regularly finish. I love the unique, bright, non-artificial, lime/citrus scent and it always brings a little bit of joy whenever I swipe some on."
