Nourishing Blue Spirulina, hydrating Prickly Pear extract and oil-balancing Niacinamide join forces to keep skin cool and calm and your makeup game strong. Free of oil yet full of moisture, this lightweight gel formula goes on smoothly and sinks in deeply for a matte complexion that isn′t shiny or greasy.
