What is an undertone?

An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Usage

Best applied to towel-dry, damp hair. Emulsify a dime sized amount of the product into your palms and spread to your fingers, then apply evenly to head and hair. Finish styling with your hands for a natural look or comb through for a more stylized look. Can also be used on targeted areas, to solve stubborn hair.

Pro-tip

Cocktail the Sun Wax Pomade with the Coastal Creme Pomade, by first using the Coastal Creme as a "pre-styler" to style the hair, and then applying the Sun Wax as a final step to lock in your look for the day.

Best hair product I've ever encountered

"Been using Redken/Purology products for the past 20 + years daily. They work great but they aren't good for you. They make my scalp irritated, red, burns, itches, dandruff they smell like bad chemicals . . . Then I discovered CHURCH. Phenomenal no more irritation burning none of that.
