"Although I did not notice a big difference in my overall skin health/complexion visually, I did enjoy how it helped with breakouts (pre-, during, and post-). I did notice every morning after using this the night before that my skin felt smoother than usual. The smell is so pleasant as well! The only downside is the slight irritation I would feel some days. Otherwise, from a breakout perspective this was great!
