Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.

Apply a dime-size amount to moist skin and gently massage your face.

Great Once, Disappointing Now

"Since 2023, this face cleanser had been an excellent product. Unfortunately, the formulation has recently changed, resulting in a much thinner consistency. It used to be rich and thick, just like the images on their website still suggest, but now it has shifted to a loose, almost “soupy” texture that's far more difficult to work with. After raising the issue with Jackfir, I decided to place another order in the hope that the original product had returned. Their response was, “we will try to ensure the product meets your expectations. ” But the truth is, it's not the customer who should be lowering expectations-it's Jackfir who should be holding themselves to higher standards. The company assured me that performance remains the same, but the reality is that the product has been altered for the worse while customers are still being charged the same price."
