"Like so many women, I started to experience sleep issues after menopause. Prior to going through menopause I had been using a magnesium supplement before bed to help me relax, but it stopped working so I looked for another solution. I tried another sleep supplement prior to using The Dream Date but while it helped, it made me drowsy during the day. That is when I decided to try The Dream Date. It worked great.
