- Apply The Scrub Shampoo to wet hair gently massaging into scalp for one minute to allow formula to activate, then rinse.
- Use once a week or as desired.
- First step in the Hindsgaul regimen.

"I’ve tried the shampoo, conditioner, styling cream, and the dry shampoo from this brand. I do not recommend it. It’s expensive and performs poorly. The shampoo is incredibly drying. My hair felt like straw after using. It does smell nice, and the packaging is great quality. The conditioner does not really condition anything. I have thin, slightly wavy hair that is typically weighed down by heavy products."

Excellent scrub but drying

"This scrub has an awesome texture that goes on like wet sea salt and then melts into your hair as you massage it in. I was pleasantly surprised by how it foams and cleans the scalp beautifully. Personally love the scent, light and fresh. Felt like a spa day! Two reasons I gave it 4 stars. 1- my hair feels dry after using it, even with use of mask for 15 minutes. Had to use a leave-in conditioner and a bit of oil to get my strands some moisture (I never use silicones so my hair is just naturally dry as I age). I did notice my hair was a bit fluffier than usual though. 2-why such big packaging? For something you are only gonna use when your scalp has a lot of buildup like every 2 weeks for mature hair, why have the package take up so much space. Halve the product and offer people a more reasonably sized package, less cost is a bonus. I like this as 2x per month kind of product, not for every other day for those of us with drier hair. Teenagers or people with a lot of buildup and oily hair are going to love this product!"

"The smell is dreamy, but not overly fragrant or intense. And the salt exfoliates, and within seconds is fluffy and frothy. My scalp felts so clean and fresh, and my hair is so light and delicate- no tightness or dry, straw feeling like after the other clarifying products and scrubs that are safe for my skin."

Best Salt Scrub Ever

"This is my favorite scalp detox scrub. The exfoliant is fine and workable through the hair. The suds are low and not too stripping. The scent is heavenly. Best of all, it works great to remove product and dry, itchy flakes from my sensitive scalp. It is a clarifying treatment, so essential to follow with a deep conditioner. I love the one from this brand, they work well together."
