- For a soft, diffused effect, blend with a small eye brush. Work on one eye at a time—the formula sets quickly.

"I'm truly baffled by the other reviews. Yes it glides on like a dream and the color is beautiful and it can be smudged out to a beautiful smoky look. I used it on the waterline and on the upper lid and smudged it just a tiny bit. But it lasted about 3 hours. I put it on at 7:30am and at 10:30am I went into the bathroom at work and it had disappeared. I wasn't even that messy looking, it's like it had evaporated and I was left with a very faint hint of color all around my eyes. Looked like eye makeup left over after washing my face. So strange."
