An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.

No better body butter!

"I have an deep fondness for Osea, products and mission. I am 72, love the sun, and skin issues are occurring. I love to be soft and as smooth as atmospherically possible. I have used all of the body care. I have found a combo that delights all my senses. I start with the balm, then layer the butter, then layer the oil. I use the salt scrub in the shower and actually shave with it. If there is a way to be more supple, I would try it. I have been using the sample of Dream lotion at night. What a lovely sensation before bedtime, both tactile and aroma."

Do not waste your money

"Im really sad and disappointed in this product. Ive loved many of the other products Ive used from Osea but unfortunately this body butter pills and balls up on the skin. It doesnt absorb into the skin like other body butters do. I really wanted to love this product but wish I would have read some of the other bad reviews because theyre all correct! For the price point I was expecting more from this product."

Best Moisturizer Ever

"I use OSEA Body Wash and Body Oil. When I saw the Body Butter advertised I decided to try the smallest size. I can tell you that it is absolutely the best moisturizer I have ever used. My skin feels soft for days. I use it after my shower. It absorbs quickly. There is no "perfume" scent which I appreciate. I will continue to purchase this body butter as I have made it a part of my daily routine. You will be so glad you tried the product. Start with the smallest size as I did. Once you do, you're hooked."

"We had a very cold winter in the Northeast this year and I was in desperate need of a more nourishing moisturizer, but I didn't want something with lots of chemicals or in plastic. This moisturizer ticked all of the boxes. It is fast-absorbing (not greasy) but absolutely moisturizing- I've used it on body & face and it is exactly what I needed. My skin feels hydrated and silky! The light citrus scent does dissipate after a little while, but it is lovely. I highly recommend this product!"

Undaria algae body butter

"My skin is extremely dry and this body butter has improved my skin. Not totally out of the woods yet. The label says that it gives 72hr hydration and to use it twice a day which is confusing to me. As I am 86 and not able to afford this butter as suggested. Do you have any advise?"
