An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Usage

- One pump for sheer coverage.

The strangest foundation I have ever used

"I am a beauty addict and try nearly every new foundation that hits the market. I LOVE Tower28 and their concealer, so I was excited to try this foundation. It is. . . very watery. And oily. And I have VERY dry skin. It's thinner than the Ilia tinted drops but shinier? I had to powder a LOT to not look like a crazy person. I wore it afternoon and night in a hot and humid city and strangely enough. . . . it is extremely long lasting? I have never found a foundation that lasts this long. And you look less goopy as the night goes on. Very strange. I'm undecided on whether or not I will stick to this foundation but I am impressed with its longevity."
