In order to cater to these preferences, we ensure that each scented product we carry is clearly labeled to include fragrance types. We also urge our brands to fully disclose all fragrance ingredients, giving consumers the power to make informed choices. This is a crucial aspect of our Fragrance Transparency Policy.

At Credo Beauty, our fragrances do not contain phthalates, nitromusks, polycyclic musks, or any of the 2700+ potentially harmful ingredients itemized in our Dirty List. Regular fragrances may contain these ingredients, which are linked to potential negative health effects.

We also require fragrance and flavor categorization (synthetic, naturally derived, essential oil) and push brands to fully disclose their full fragrance ingredient lists (which a decade ago when we started, was unheard of) and review all products for safety and sustainability.
