Credo for Change 2023
Credo for Change is an annual accelerator workshop that aims to empower historically underrepresented individuals in the beauty industry. Since 2020, we've supported entrepreneurs looking to launch and scale their brands and, this year, we’re switching focus to support students who are interested in pursuing a career in beauty.
College students who self-identify as historically underrepresented in the beauty industry, such as Black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, and Indigenous individuals, are encouraged to apply. Our goal is to provide equitable opportunities to all individuals who want to help push our industry forward through clean and sustainable positive impact.
Program overview
Through this program, participants will gain valuable industry insights from beauty industry professionals in various specialities including marketing, merchandising, creative, and more.
This year’s cohort will attend a series of virtual workshops and in-depth breakout sessions over a 13-week period starting July 7, 2023 and ending October 6, 2023. And completion of this program may result in an internship opportunity at Credo and/or partner brands and retailers, or a 1:1 mentorship.
