What is vegan in beauty products?
Vegan in beauty means the formula doesn’t contain any animal-derived ingredients. That includes obvious ones, like beeswax, lanolin, and honey, but also less expected ones like carmine or keratin. Vegan doesn’t always mean “clean,” but at Credo, we carry products that are both: vegan and free from questionable ingredients linked to health or environmental concerns.
