Returns Policy - Credo

Our Policy
We love all the products we offer, but if for some reason they don’t live up to your expectations you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange them. Items purchased in the store need to be returned/exchanged to the store. Returned store purchases must be in an unused and sellable condition otherwise a store credit will be issued. Items purchased thru our online store, must be returned within 30 days of receipt and can not be substantially used.  No refund will be given to an online purchase that has been substantially used.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.  No refunds or exchanges will be given on promotional items or on items that are substantially used. Purchases originally made in cash will be refunded in the form of a gift card. We do not credit or refund charges for shipping or handling. If you choose to return merchandise to our bricks & mortar locations, there will be a fee for the initial shipping cost incurred by Credo or an amount equal to 25% of the return, whichever is higher.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for orders that are damaged or missing in transit. In the event we receive a damaged item we will contact you.
