Returns Policy - Credo

Our Policy
We love all the products we offer, but if for some reason they don’t live up to your expectations, we have a return policy that makes it easy on our customers. 

Online Purchases: You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item for a refund on your credit card. We are not able to provided exchanges for online purchases and we can not refund any item that has been substantially used.  Please email arealperson@credobeauty.com to receive your Return Order Form.  Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we can not accept any online returns in our retail locations.  If you choose to return online purchase to our brick & mortar locations, there will be a fee for the initial shipping cost incurred by Credo or an amount equal to 25% of the return, whichever is higher. 

In-Store Purchases:  If you purchased in the store, we ask only that the products be returned in an unused, sell-able condition and please have your sales receipt in hand otherwise store credit will be issued. Purchases made in cash at our retail locations will be refunded in the form of a gift card.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for orders that are damaged or missing in transit. In the event we receive a damaged item we will contact you.
