What is an undertone?
An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:
Pink/Cool
I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.
Neutral
I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.
Yellow/Warm
I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Usage
How To Use On Scalp: Starting with 1⁄4 dropper, apply product directly onto the scalp and massage into the skin with fingers, adding more oil as needed. The ideal time to use the oil on the scalp is 30 minutes prior to washing hair to give the active ingredients time to fully absorb.
How To Use On Hair: Starting with 1⁄4 dropper, apply onto your palm and fingers and rake through hair. Apply to damp hair before heat styling or on dry hair to refresh, moisturize, reduce frizz, and hydrate dry ends.
Pro-tip
Those with an oily scalp and/or oily hair may prefer using the oil as 1 to 2 times per week treatment, or prior to washing hair. For best results use with Better Roots Rootboost Complex.
