1. Prepare Your Skin:
Apply a squeeze of the Biotyspa Hydrating Shower Gel on damp skin. For a smooth and effective glide, always use Biotyspa's soap-free shower gel.
2. Create Suction:
Position your fingers on the dots located on the Body Sculpt Cup. Press the cup onto your skin and apply light to medium pressure on the top dots to create suction.
3. Massage the Area:
Once the cup is plugged onto the skin, start massaging the area. Begin with three circular, upward movements, followed by three side-to-side, upward strokes. Repeat this process on any other areas you wish to target (stomach, thighs, and buttocks only).
4. Maintain Dampness:
Reapply shower gel and water as needed to keep the skin damp during the massage.
Tip: For an easier glide, mix a few drops of Biotyspa Firming Body Oil with the Hydrating Shower Gel.
5. Duration and Frequency:
Massage each area for 2–3 minutes daily for at least 21 days. Extend if needed for further results. To maintain results, reduce to 2–3 sessions per week.
