Clean and vegan matte powder liner formulated to use wet to create endless liner looks from an artist precision pressed into the lash line to a dramatic cat eye, cut crease, and more. Talc-free and vegan and formulated with biodegradable corn starch polymers for ultra long, smudge-proof, transfer resistant wear.
The Cake Liner compact is sustainably designed with 90% post-consumer recycled fiber and can be recycled or simply thrown away after the Cake Liner pan is removed because the compact is biodegradable!
The Cake Liner pan is made with 100% post-consumer recycled PET and can be popped out of the compact and easily snapped into MOB′s endlessly refillable and infinitely customizable palettes allowing you to build your own customizable, convenient, all in one palette.

What is an undertone?
An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:
Pink/Cool
I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.
Neutral
I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.
Yellow/Warm
I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Usage
Use wet. Wet your preferred brush with water and dip into the cake liner. Press into your lash line for thicker looking lashes, draw a perfect precise line above your eyes, or wing the perfect cat eye. It′s easy to find the perfect consistency for your desired level of inky black liner. Experiment with different brushes for different looks.
