Its the pump. Its just different.

"I ordered the 4 fl oz Dream Bio-Retinol after receiving the 1 fl oz (travel size of the same product). This is a 5 star OSEA product, but it is just not the same experience when you have a pump that does not work on the larger size bottle. I have done all the tricks and advice on how to improve it, no luck. I wish I could fill the travel size bottle (it works great) with the full size product. Its a thick body serum that I love but I might just have to buy the travel size and use it sparingly."

"So far it makes my skin feel nice . Love the smell but its just been a month using it . Notice other reviews they gave it a one because of the pump . Honestly at first I had problems then I open the top and pump a lot i, it still isnt working great but there no reason to give it 1 star review. The serum is thick so maybe with the 1 star reviews they might review the pump and change it ."
