What is an undertone?
An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:
Pink/Cool
I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.
Neutral
I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.
Yellow/Warm
I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Usage
Cleanse thoroughly with H.A.P.I. Shampoo focusing on the scalp.
Apply Plant Power from root to tip for plant-based protein damage repair.
Shake well. Spray the Curl Elixir directly onto damp or dry hair and work through with fingers or a detangling tool. Use daily or as needed to prime or refresh with gentle plant protein.
Apply a small amount of Daily Elixir directly to scalp with the nozzle or fingertips. Add a little more to your palm and smooth through hair. Use daily or as needed.

Hannah Diop is the founder and CEO of Sienna Naturals. To create Sienna Naturals, Hannah harnessed the values of her upbringing and skills of her business background. She spent weekends researching ingredients found in nature and proven by science to improve wellness outcomes for textured hair and scalp. Working alongside cosmetic chemists, she made, tweaked and tested product formulations until a line of clean products that significantly outperform competitors was born. Hannah Diop, holds an MBA from Wharton and was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company where she worked for clients in big box retail and OTC Pharmaceuticals. Hannah is also a mother of two young children and is proud to lead a company that is more than 80% BIPOC and woman-led. She lives in Los Angeles, CA.
