An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.

Usage

Once per week in the shower, apply a generous amount to cleansed hair from mid-lengths to ends. Wait 10 minutes and rinse. Follow with the Restorative Conditioner if additional hydration is preferred.

"This is another one of the free samples that I then returned to for more. I had no idea it was such a "big deal" brand (I had never heard of it before) but since buying the larger size my algorithm has picked up on it and I've learned Jennifer Aniston is their new front woman. This shampoo did wonders

"This shampoo did wonders for my hair. I personally dislike adding products to my hair after shampooing. This shampoo eliminated the need for that. Not greasy, not sticky. It just adds enough volume and structure, so that my hair doesn’t flatten down. And it lasts a few days. I’m actually surprised it worked so well. I do love the lolavie brand. I do have her regular shampoo. ( I alternate). And the perfecting cream. It seems that the scent has been taken down a few notches in the Voluming shampoo, which is great. I like the scent but it can be overpowering."

"Packaging: The pump is fine but there’s always a small hard unusable piece at the beginning of each pump that is dried out that I discard but is wasteful. Also you can’t see how much product is left. Maybe a tube would be better?"

"I love all Lolavie products, except this one. It puffs out powder and goes everywhere but where you want it. It is a bit sticky but does the job of tempering any oily hair, but it takes work to get the powder where you want it. It is odd for a dry shampoo. Had high hopes since I love everything else Lolavie."
