What is an undertone?
An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:
Pink/Cool
I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.
Neutral
I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.
Yellow/Warm
I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Usage
Massage into wet hair and scalp. Rinse with warm, but not hot, water. Experiment with the amount used and frequency to find your sweet spot. Curly & coiled hair types (3 & 4) may benefit from a double wash.
Pro-tip
Always be sure to thoroughly wet hair before washing. Get yourself a medium amount of shampoo (about a silver dollar’s worth if you have shoulder length hair). Gently massage the shampoo into your wet hair. Rinse and repeat once more. Get yourself a slightly smaller amount of conditioner (about a silver dollar’s worth if you have shoulder length hair) Gently apply conditioner from the middle of your hair to the ends. Leave in for 3 minutes. Gently rinse with warm (not hot) water.
