An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

"Love the texture and non greasy feel, just not that medicinal scent. I know many reviews like it but my daughter and I do not care for it. Please consider offering another option for this lotion with the same silky finish but with better fragrances like aloe- fresh or vanilla, or tropical."

Great product, weird smell

"Great product overall. The EWG rating and clean ingredients are what sold me on it. The jar is huge and a little of this goes a long way so this will last a while. The product is rich and creamy, and leaves my skin moisturized and really soft. The smell is the only downside. It smells subtly medicinal almost like that botanical citrus smell you get from mosquito repellent-with a hint of floral? But the floral is not in a good way. I'm keeping the jar because the benefits are good and it has clean ingredients; but I wish they made a fragrance free option. Maybe I received a bad jar?"
