Surprisingly Good!

"Natural shampoo has come a long way and this one is an example of that. Gives a deep clean but if your hair is 3-4 days without washing and coarse/mature/mid length like mine, two washings is needed and the first wash will not lather much unless you use a lot of shampoo- like 20 pumps! That said, it’s worth it. Leaves hair silky that you hardly need conditioner. I do not think that it preserves color unfortunately and sometimes the deep clean can leave the scalp a little red/itchy but I understand that this is part of the process in order to help regrow hair. It took over a month to shed less and not sure if its the shampoo, oil, conditioner or combo that is helping that. I hate the conditioner though- smells like chemicals and does not leave my hair silky. Have yet to try the mask."

"Love the ingredients in this shampoo and the smell! Smells similar to the oil! It has a thin cream consistency. If your hair is super dirty/oily you’ll need to shampoo twice! Definitely give it a try! I have been using their oil for years and absolutely love this too!"

Lovely

"This shampoo is gently cleansing and does require a double cleanse to delicately lather. It’s a thick and creamy golden color with a citrus/orange peel scent, similar to the oil. It’s a wonderful addition to my haircare routine and I enjoy it as my second wash to nourish and strengthen my hair, leaving it in to soak up the goodness before rinsing and conditioning. I’m glad to have it as a quat free shampoo option, as there aren’t many."
