Oil-free and multitasking, it can be used as a serum and applied before or instead of Jump Start Primer or mixed with High Fidelity Foundation to create a lightweight complexion tint. Bonus: It also doubles as a setting powder that layers smoothly over makeup to mattify shine without drying out skin. Nourishing Blue Spirulina, hydrating Prickly Pear extract and oil-balancing Niacinamide join forces to keep skin cool and calm and your makeup game strong. Free of oil yet full of moisture, this lightweight gel formula goes on smoothly and sinks in deeply for a matte complexion that isn′t shiny or greasy.

My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
