What is an undertone?

An undertone is the color beneath the surface of your skin, which never changes (even with a tan). There are three types of undertones:

Pink/Cool

I see red or pink undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin burns easily, but barely tans.
My skin looks better in silver jewelry than gold.

Neutral

I see both pink and yellow undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin sometimes burns and sometimes tans.
My skin looks good in both gold and silver jewelry.

Yellow/Warm

I see yellow or golden undertones around the perimeter of my face and neck.
My skin rarely burns, but tans easily.
My skin looks better in gold jewelry than silver.

Usage

1. Illuminating Oil Cleanser
AM | PM
Massage 2-3 pumps onto dry skin for 45 seconds. Add water to create a milky fluid. Rinse thoroughly.

2. Illuminating Exfoliant
PM
Massage onto damp skin. Leave on skin for 20 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Use 3 times a week.

3. Skin Reset Eye Crème
AM | PM
Dab 1 pump onto eye area. Gently massage for increased microcirculation.

4. Skin Reset Serum
AM | PM
Massage 2-3 pumps into face and neck.

5. Supernatural Day Crème
AM
Massage into face and neck.

6. Supernatural Face Crème Riche
PM
Massage into face, neck and décolletage. Can also be used as a rich day crème.

I like that I was

"I like that I was able to try a variety of their products. The face wash is oil based which I think would be great as a makeup remover but I was looking for something that lathers to leave my skin feeling clean. I like the exfoliating cleanser, I'd purchase the full size. The serum is OK but nothing extraordinary. I like the face oil and the day and night creams. May repurchase. My eyes were too sensitive for the eye cream, but that's not abnormal for me. I haven't found a good eye cream for me in years."

Perfect for a gift or if you haven't tried before and want to test things out.

"I purchased this as I couldn't decide what to buy first. I am a very simple person, who only used water to wash my face, cleanser when I could be bothered and moisturiser when it felt dry. Now, I make time to pamper my face every morning and night because the whole process feels so nice. After I finished these I tried different, cheaper brands, or mixing to make my new routine more affordable. But my skin never felt the same. Of course, in reality, we can't all afford these products. But at least from this pack you can see what you will like. Highly recommend."

Sensitive skin sufferer

"As someone with sensitive skin, I was skeptical to give this a try. My eczema prone skin has been really reactive during pregnancy and post partum, and I've been unable to find skin care that will settle it. I tried this starter park of EL products and my skin settled down nicely and is remaining settled. I've been getting comments about my skin since using it too. I particularly like the oil cleanser for my skin as it doesn't strip the moisture during cleansing despite my impaired skin barrier. I was really hoping I wouldn't like this product due to the price point, but honestly it's done wonders for my skin so I ended up purchasing the full size products."

"A great way to trial a new skincare routine. The samples are packaged beautifully in classy glass jars, feel luxurious and are super useful for travel or ones' make-up kit. My skin is now looking more even, hydrated and supple. Had a little issue with the pumps. I learnt that you actually had to press down quite firmly to “hear a click” in order to break the seal . ( A quick email to E. L. and all was quickly rectified through your excellent customer service. ) I personally love the Cleansing Oil, Gentle Exfoliant, Serum and Supernatural Creme Riche.
