Why We Love It: ILIA Tinted Lip Conditioner is a hydrating lip tint that nourishes as well as a balm, and is easy to apply on-the-go. This lip conditioner uses organic ingredients to help soothe and condition the lips while providing a sheer touch of color that builds when applied liberally. Each shade can be used alone or mixed with other ILIA colors to create a personalized shade.

What's Behind "Fragrance"?
